THE OPPORTUNITY:
Katzen Eye Group, www.katzeneye.com, a premier multi-specialty ophthalmology practice founded in 1968, is actively seeking a full-time Glaucoma Specialist to join our growing team. With 26 highly respected MDs, DOs, and ODs across sub-specialties including Glaucoma, Retina, Cornea, Refractive Surgery, Oculoplastic, Pediatrics, Uveitis, and Cataract, we offer the ideal environment for a surgeon looking to thrive in a high-volume, collaborative setting.

You’ll join an experienced and well-established glaucoma specialist and a skilled optometrist as part of a dedicated glaucoma service team—fully supported by a vast referral network and an exceptionally talented group of medical optometrists. You'll be stepping into a ready-made practice with a steady stream of both clinical and surgical volume.

We offer a highly competitive compensation package including:

Attractive Base Salary $400,000+ Quarterly Production Bonuses (with proven high-earning potential in the top 90th percentile in the US)

$50,000 sign-on bonus!

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:
We welcome both experienced surgeons and current fellows completing training.  Ideal candidates will be:

MD or DO with an ACGME-accredited residency and completed Glaucoma fellowship
Board Certified or Board Eligible (with intent to certify) by the American Board of Ophthalmology
