Access Eye is a respected, physician-owned ophthalmology and optometry practice serving the Fredericksburg region for over 40 years. We are seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to oversee clinical operations and support the coordination of advanced and aesthetic eyecare services.
About the Role
This leadership role combines clinical oversight, staff development, and coordination of advanced treatment services. The ideal candidate has experience in surgical or aesthetic settings and thrives in a high-quality, patient-focused environment. This position also plays a key role in supporting the launch of new cosmetic service lines within the practice.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor clinical staff across multiple locations to ensure excellence in patient care and service delivery.
Oversee daily clinical operations, maintaining efficiency, professionalism, and compliance.
Manage daily operations of in-office surgical procedures, including refractive, blepharoplasty, Optilight and minor procedures (inventory, sterilization, readiness, and staff training).
Collaborate with leadership on the implementation of new technology and service lines, including aesthetic and cosmetic offerings.
Ensure strict adherence to clinical safety and sterilization standards.
Foster a culture of accountability, attention to detail, and concierge-level service.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of ophthalmology, dermatology, or medical aesthetic practice leadership experience.
Background in surgical coordination or advanced procedural care strongly preferred.
Excellent leadership and communication skills; able to train, motivate, and build high-performing teams.
COA, COT, COMT, or related clinical certification preferred.
Strong organizational skills and commitment to patient experience.
